SMSB Operational Procedures and Plans for COVID-19

Due to the recent outbreak of Coronavirus, SMSB has taken actions to ensure a continued and uninterrupted operation for our clients. We have adapted our procedures to maintain all systems and processes during this event.

All changes have been designed to support the continued health and safety of our employees while maintaining our operational efficiency. This includes flexibility in working from home and social distancing practices for local and remote Image Capture operations.

You can be assured that SMSB customer support personnel operating from their homes via our cloud-based systems will ensure that service levels remain unaffected during this difficult period. You may continue to contact your SMSB account representatives at their telephone extensions which are being forwarded to their home locations or please feel free to email them with any questions you may have.

For those clients submitting products for Image Capture please continue to do so. SMSB Local Image Capture personnel will operate on a rotating schedule to facilitate social-distancing and will continue to receive and process your products for Image Capture.

Until further notice, we will continue to operate with an abundance of caution in order to minimize and break any potential chain of transmission.
