FROM MANHATTAN

Mid-Town Tunnel to Long Island Expressway (495)  East to Exit 55 .  Proceed on Eastbound Service Road to Stoplight (Motor Parkway).  Make a left on Motor Parkway over 495 and then a right on to Old Willet Path.

FROM EASTERN LONG ISLAND

Long Island Expressway West to Exit 55.  Proceed on the westbound service road to Motor Parkway.  Make a right on Motor Parkway and then make a right on to Old Willets Path. SMSB is the first building on the left.

FROM LAGUARDIA AIRPORT

Grand Central Parkway East to Northern Parkway East (name changes at City/Nassau County line) to Exit 37A (Long Island Expressway - 495).  Stay on the 495 to Exit 55. Proceed on Eastbound Service Road to Stoplight (Motor Parkway).  Make a left on Motor Parkway over 495 and then a right on to Old Willet Path.

FROM WESTCHESTER

Whitestone Bridge or Throgs Neck Bridge to Cross Island Parkway South.  Follow signs to Long Island/Long Island Expressway (495). Take the Long Island Expressway (495)  East to Exit 55 .  Proceed on the Eastbound Service Road to Stoplight (Motor Parkway).  Make a left on Motor Parkway over 495 and then make a right on to Old Willet Path. SMSB is the first building on the left.

FROM NEWARK

95 North (New Jersey Turnpike) to George Washington Bridge to Cross Bronx Expressway East to Throgs Neck Bridge.  Follow signs to Long Island/Long Island Expressway (495).  Get off 495  at Exit 55.  Proceed on Eastbound Service Road to Stoplight (Motor Parkway).  Make a left on Motor Parkway over 495 and then a right on to Old Willet Path. .
